a whiff of chicken

i got to see a total knee replacement surgery today! loved it, from the big needle going into the spine for anaesthesia to yanking the skin apart and sawing off the ends of the femur & knee. strangely though was very hungry midway through the surgery when the surgeon cauterizing something or other , probably to fuse the arteries together to stem bleeding who knows. anyway,the burning smell was like chicken rice, yummm. that I get hunger pangs from smelling burning flesh must be a signal that i am really dying to go home and have some good food.
