after being the proverbial katak di bawah tempurung since i've been back in penang, we had a class reunion cum farewell for those Form 6 people. not everybody was there but it was fun and noisy. as should be expected. it was good to see those kooky girls again all grown up.

a picture from atop grisdale pike. alas, the foggy weather prevents a much lovelier view. could have seen all the way to ireland actually. for a person who puffs and huffs when climbing Penang Hill, i did pretty well for 791metres, up and down a ridge.

Psalm 92

1.It is good to praise the Lord and make music to Your name, O Most High
2. To proclaim Your love in the morning and Your faithfulness at night- continously being thankful for Abba Father's love and faithfulness.

3. To the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp.

4. For You make me glad by Your deeds O Lord, I sing for joy at the works of Your hands- rejoicing over God's saving and gracious acts over our lives everyday

5. How great are Your works O Lord, how profound Your thoughts- the writer admires the miracles God has done and the depth of God's thoughts. the depth of it is reflected by His deeds.

12. The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon- the cedar of Lebanon symbolizes strength and magnificence. cedar wood is also very aromatic. the righteous smell good. =)

13. Planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of the Lord- the righteous will be planted in a secure place and will be fruitful.

14. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green- being supplied by God's living waters.

15. Proclaiming, " The Lord is upright, He is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in Him." - therefore strive to be pure for our God is holy and cannot abide wickedness.
